Kai LoreSafe is a 100% digital service. Access with the Free plan is activated immediately upon creating the account; there is no physical shipment of any kind.
The paid plan, Reader (binding Spanish name: "Lector"), is paid online (dLocal Go gateway, a product of the company dLocal: cards and local payment methods) and is activated automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within seconds and, in any case, within a few minutes. If you pay through the alternative email channel, activation is manual within a maximum of 24 business hours. The term is one month or one year from activation, depending on the period purchased; renewing adds that period to the current expiration date. Prices may change in the future; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
Access to the service at https://loresafe.kaistrategylab.com with your library (unlimited on the paid plans), characters with spoiler-free sheets, recaps, questions by text and voice, photo capture, private notes and theories, analytics with achievements, and the features that are added during your term.
If you paid and after 24 business hours your plan does not appear active in your Profile, write to loresafe@kaistrategylab.com with your receipt and we will resolve it as a priority.
